Our focus is on evaluating and optimizing their CRM implementation (Salsa) to streamline operations and improve data-driven decision-making. Additionally, we are conducting a competitor analysis to identify best practices in nonprofit technology use, ensuring Dress for Success can leverage its data effectively to tell its story and expand its impact. Through close collaboration with staff and stakeholders, we aim to develop sustainable solutions that align with the organization's mission and long-term goals.
